How many letters do I need to order?
We have a minimum order quantity of 1000. Our robots are designed and set-up for high-volume, hungry teams.
Why should I include a handwritten letter instead of printed?
By all means, you can include whatever you want inside of the envelope. However, from many years of trial and error, we have found that including a handwritten letter works to instill a more personal touch to the reader, and results in not only more reaches or phone calls, but also results in more positive outcomes from the entire campaign. What is the best time to send?
This should be monitored and tested by you. Depending on the piece, we recommend sending during the week, and often when your busy season is for your business. Consistency is key, and we send every day of the week to ensure our business and sales staff are always busy.
Can I use a different stamp?
We recommend to use a first class mail stamp. The cost does not matter when we are going for extreme results. We can do presort if requested.
Who provides the list?
We use your list. We can definitely guide you and help in locating the best list for your campaign. This can be from your CRM or a 3rd party provider.
